  • Androgynous clothing is clothing that is designed to be gender neutral and blur the lines between traditional masculine and feminine styles. It's perfect for anyone who wants to express their individuality without conforming to traditional gender norms.

  • Yes, all of our clothes are designed to be unisex and can be worn by anyone regardless of gender identity.

  • We currently only offer sizes S to XL. As we grow and expand as a brand we will offer a wider range of sizes. Please refer to our size guide for more information.

  • We currently only use only high-quality, 100 percent cotton that is designed to be comfortable, durable, and sustainable.

  • All of our t shirts are preshrunk to avoid shrinkage when washing them. However we still recommend following the care instructions on the label. In general, our clothes should be washed in cold water and hung dry to prevent shrinking and fading.

  • We currently only offer shipping to places in the UK.

  • We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not and would like to exchange, please contact info@masqueclothing.co.uk. Refer to our delivery page for more information.

  • Yes, we occasionally offer sales and promotional discounts. Be sure to sign up for our mailing list to be the first to know about any upcoming promotions.

  • If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact at admin@masqueclothing.co.uk us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that once your order has been shipped, we can no longer make changes or cancellations.

  • We aim to dispatch all orders in 3-5 working days, unless an item in your order is on pre-order. These notes can be found displayed under the price on the product pages for each item. You can find all shipping information under our shipping page.

  • If an item is marked as 'pre-order' on its page, it will ship later than our usual dispatch estimates. Pre-ordering guarantees that you secure the item before it sells out, and it will be dispatched to you on the estimated delivery date specified on the product page. Payment for 'pre-order' items covers the full item price, with no additional charges expected later on our website. A dispatch confirmation will be emailed to you once our warehouse ships your order.

  • We accept most major credit or debit cards these include AMEX, Apple Pay, Diner Club, Discover, Google Pay, Maestro, Mastercard, PayPal, Shop Pay, Visa.

  • If you're awaiting your order but haven't received it yet, please check your email for order and shipping confirmations, including tracking details. Don't forget to check your spam/junk folder in case the email is there. If you can't find the email, reach out to us at admin@masqueclothing.co.uk. We'll strive to respond within 48 hours (Mon-Fri) to assist you.

  • We'll respond to you as soon as possible, but please allow 3-4 working days for a reply. Our team operates Monday-Friday, 10am-5pm (UK time), so if you email us during the weekend, there may be a slight delay in getting back to you.

  • While we don't restock every collection, we strive to bring back items that receive significant love and demand from our community. If you're interested in purchasing a sold-out item, be sure to sign up for restock notifications on the item page. Alternatively, you can join our email list and receive updates not he latest collections and their release dates.
