    In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team on info@masqueclothing.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your order and provide proof of the damage or defect.

    We will offer an exchange for the same item or a refund depending on the circumstances.

  • SHIPPING

    We offer shipping throughout the UK via Royal Mail.

    All orders are processed within 3-5 business days and shipped within 7 business days of purchase.

    Shipping costs are included in the cost of the clothing and are based on an average weight and destination of your order.

  • INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

    Currently, we only offer shipping within the UK. We hope to expand our shipping options in the future

  • LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES

    We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

    If your package has been lost or stolen, please contact Royal Mail to file a claim.
